Celebrating Debra Hamelrath’s 42 years with Catholic Housing Management

We are both thrilled and a bit saddened to announce the retirement of Debra, who has dedicated an incredible 42 years as Property Manager for St. Joseph Towers. Debra’s unwavering commitment, hard work, and passion have been the backbone of this community.

From her early days with us, she has shown an exceptional level of dedication and care, touching the lives of countless residents and staff members. Her tireless efforts have helped shape St. Joseph Towers into the wonderful place it is today.

“The Debra Hamelrath Community Room” has been dedicated in her honor.  Just like the plaque states, “May this room continue to be a place of fellowship, learning, and inspiration for all.”

As Debra embarks on this new chapter of her life, we want to express our deepest gratitude for her remarkable contributions. Her legacy will continue to inspire us all.
